Translation is our core specialty. We work with over 1500 linguists all over the world who are native speakers of the target language they are translating into. This gives them the background to faithfully communicate your content in a way that most closely approximates the nuance, tone and subtlety that is very specific to the source language in which it was written.

What is a linguist? Linguistics is the study of human language. A linguist is a specialist in language. Our linguists – or translators – communicate the meaning of a source-language text by means of an equivalent target-language text. Many of our linguists excelled in a previous profession outside of language and realized their knowledge of specialized terminology could be utilized to help people communicate. For example, we work with several linguists who previously worked in medicine, engineering, finance, and law, among many other professions. It is this exceptional background that makes a linguist qualified to translate the most intensive material, no matter how complex or specialized.

Not only are many of our linguists recognized in various fields of expertise outside of linguistics, they are all qualified in the specific field of translation and interpretation by organizations and institutions like the American Translators Association (ATA), U.S. National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators, Institute of Linguists, Institute of Translation and Interpreting, Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, and various state courts. We take great care to vet the people we work with to ensure our work lives up to our client’s expectations.
